Returns

Goods may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime on www.shopbeached.com

All exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

 Apparel/swimwear must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition. Sanitary strip must be attached to swimwear bottoms. All original tags must be attached.

Apparel/swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment.

Prior to shipping back, please contact us via e-mail, info@shopbeached.com, to receive an RA #.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the return arrival date to be contacted about your return (via email). 

Shipping is not refunded in returns or store credit transactions. Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and is paid for by the customer, not BEACHED. Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.

SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONS

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Sales, promotions and discount codes are not retroactive. 

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE GOODS

BEACHED only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer.  Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects.  If within fourteen days of receiving your order, such a problem has been identified with your merchandise please contact us at info@shopbeached.com with a picture and description of the defect. Damaged Items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning package) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
